Shipping to USA

Some of our products are eligible for shipping to New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Maine for only $295.

These products are manufactured in house in the United Kingdom and dispatched to you directly from our factory in the UK. Goods will typically be delivered in 2-4 weeks from the date of dispatch.

How does it work?

Step 1 - You order the eligible product via our website or by contacting one of our sales team.

Step 2 - We ship the product via sea directly to your home or business address in the US. This is shipped under DAP terms, meaning that we are responsible for delivery of the goods, ready for unloading, at your named place of destination.

Your order will be shipped from the UK with Dachser Ltd.

Step 3 - When your goods arrive at the US border, there are just a few technicalities before onward delivery to your address can be completed. Your goods will need to be cleared through customs - you can simply authorise Dachser (or their appointed representative) to do this for you, or use your own agent if you already have one.

Please note: Dachser would charge an additional fee of roughly $125 to process the US importation for you.

It is a hassle free, fully electronic process, that just takes a couple of minutes, a few signatures and the odd tick in a box.

Our products are sold and shipped Tarriff Free according to the US Tarriff Schedule so there's no nasty tariffs or duties to worry about.

If you need to pay import taxes, either the US authorities, Dachser Ltd or an appointed representative will automatically calculate this and let you know. They’ll tell you how much you need to pay, and when it’s due, so you won’t need to worry about calculating it yourself (unless you think a mistake has been made).

Step 4 - Your goods will then be loaded on a truck and delivered to your address.
